Parking at Parkview Fields
We have a very large parking problem at the Parkview fields, specifically the area at the north end of the complex - the mini fields.
Concrete, pavement and dry mudded areas are OK for parking. GRASS is for playing soccer and is not a place for parking your cars. Cars have been parked within 5 feet of a game. This is a dangerous situation which cannot be allowed to continue for the safety of our children. The Club cannot be responsible for any injuries caused by lazy adults unwilling to walk 50 feet to view their children. The Mayfield Village police department has been asked to ticket ALL cars that are parked on any grass - period. One tire is enough for a ticket! This is about the safety of the children and nothing else. No one wants to be the one to tell a parent their child got hurt because a car was on the field. Please, lets all use our heads for the safety of the children.
Travel Team Try-outs June 2 & 3 at Library Fields
June 2: 6:00-7:30 Girls / 7:30-9:00 Boys
June 3: 6:00-7:30 Boys / 7:30-9:00 Girls
Following Club policy, and as in the past, current travel players are NOT guaranteed a spot on next year's team. All players must try-out. Mark your calendars and be sure to make at least one of the dates.

Please note: u13 and u14 teams are expecting a larger than normal turn-out. For budgetary reasons, the Mayfield school system has eliminated the 7th and 8th grade soccer teams. Travel soccer is now the only choice for players planning on participating at the High School level. Current travel players are encouraged to attend both try-out sessions to increase their chances of making their team.
