Fair teams come first
Data-informed balance
The club uses a custom algorithm and hundreds of simulations to build the fairest teams possible while considering pairing and practice-day requests.
Limited coach groups
A head coach may request up to five players, provided the group does not create an imbalance among the remaining teams.
Why changes are limited
Every roster change requires a matching swap. Because age, grade, experience, pairing requests and practice-day needs all interact, many late requests cannot be accommodated without making teams less balanced.
